Sviatoslav Richter, 1915-1997 Was a Soviet and Russian pianist who is generally regarded as one of the greatest pianists of all time. In the documentary about his life, near the end of his career he said, “I’ve never liked myself.” These drawings are an interpretation of that attitude.
